Not only do we not get our paper prior to 8:30 am, Mon. thru Sun., but when we call to say we didn't get the paper & need it delivered, our Delivery person will retaliate by throwing the paper in the yard (even though we have a double drive way) or not deliver the paper at all. Customer Service is of NO help. There is no problem with the Billing dept., though, as we just received a $10 monthly increase.
