They have ignored racial discrimination and promote it at LInq culture. Still waiting on a response before I put the video public. I have never been so outdone in my life dealing with terrible staff for a less than full 3 night stay. This episode may find Caesar's Entertainment in Hot Water so I will let the public decide. Please like, share, and spread until they change their behavior. Please know, I have made more than 20 + calls to hotel management with run since I left on Saturday early morning to try and resolve this issue around and have been advised corporate does not take calls, so I will be following this up with a number of public measures to ensure action is taken and I am not dismissed again, or I will just take my little phone video to CNN. I lost a whole day of my vacation dealing with the Linq circus.I will start with any positive I can- I checked in on Wednesday night after a long flight and day of work. Room was decent, cool and I was just ready to relax a bit. Other than the "poop" stains on my sheets -near the pillow closet to the window I should be thankful right? Well, so I forgave and went to bed because I was so tired. The next morning Thursday I get up leave the housekeeper a tip in the envelope- not a few dollars- in hopes the room will be cleaner on Thursday! I was told I had to spend 200.00 to received 20.00 of slot play on the first night which I clearly spent more. Redeeming the slot play would prove an immense undertaking and almost sure to be one in a series of stressful events by Linq to ensure a terrible stay. Thursday the room would be clean decently, I would go out and enjoy my time in Las Vegas. On Thursday I had issues with the slot promotion not being on the card every time I tried, it said insufficient funds. So, rather than waste more time since it was night, I continued on downtown and said I will deal with it in the morning. Here is where the negative turns intolerable -On Friday morning I would awake to start the worst day of my life dealing with this circus. I go downstairs just before 8AM PST and Total Rewards booth is closed to check my balance and issue with promotion- 1.) closed sign directs you to VIP Services around the corner 2.) VIP services around corner has closed sign directing you to Platinum and Diamond Hotel check-in for services 3.) Platinum and Diamond Hotel check-in is roped off as closed Given the above were not available for service, I stood in the concierge line but she was on the phone awhile, so I moved to hotel check-in line and got in line to wait. After waiting awhile, I noticed concierge was off phone so I popped back over after 45 minutes of standing for information... She was not able to help so I asked for manager. Asian lady approaches -hesitantly tells me they are closed and I can wait in my room for VIP services to call me back. (have I not wasted enough time already- this Is my last day of vacation) I then asked if someone could call me on my cell phone after reviewing the play and let me know she said yes. I confirmed she knew the number on my account and she stated yes. The call came via voice message on my cell phone some 6 hours later at 3 PST on my call logs. I am sure I was well in somebody else's casino by then! Next I would return to the room some almost 8 hours later to find it unclean in the same condition I left it in when I left. I called to housekeeping. They stated someone would be up. This took another 45 minutes and 2 more calls. I then removed the tip from the housekeeper. A housekeeper approached as I have the door propped open waiting eating my cold dinner because the room has no microwave and I was waiting on my clean room so I can shower eat and go to bed before going to airport at 5AM. She says "housekeeping" I say "its open" before I could get to the door she was gone. I came in the hall like, I ain't crazy she left. I then called front desk, took another 40 min to send another housekeeper. Man came up, I stood in hall 30 min while waiting on room to be serviced. Was issued F & B credit, was excited maybe could have some good dinner. Went to Guy Firey's on property, after being given list of food credit options to redeem, with points and credit I had 50.00 at this time. I was told by Guy Firey's she could not do the room charge, so I paid for my beer, left and called front desk once more. Why credit does not work? I paid anyway. Was told could use at on-premise convenience store for anything INCLUDING Liquor. So being I only had less than a few hours left in Vegas, I charged 2 12 oz Carona beers and a 4.00 + tax 20 oz bottle of Auqafina water. I went to bed thinking the nightmare would be over but somehow thought I would be having the same conversation at checkout. I was panic and couldn't sleep but was assured by Conner earlier in the 20+ phone calls before and after the issue would be resolved. Wait 4 the discrimination...Its 4:40 A.M. and I am checking out to go to the airport. There is one family with the front desk clerk at this time checking in and me checking out. After they are done she helps me and brings up 16.72 and states the charge from yesterday was not included. See, I knew we would be having this discussion. Next she got her manager this guy, Caucasian, tall, Bald head, glasses, tie clip, and green shirt with suit. He helps her with the credit and moves down the desk away. Apparently I was to focused on checking out and listening to the airport clerk before a young girl begins yelling (or had been yelling for some time) "hurry up, quit talking and running your big fat mouth" " blab, blab blab") She then walked by me pointing her fingers in my face in a threatening manor toward the bald Caucasian manager who was going to help her further down the desk closer to concierge. She kept yelling and assaulting me as he checked in ..."yeah, uhhmmm, I am 22 and I have education, I just graduated and your stupid *** can't stop talking and get out of here...what you gonna do? got something to say? " I had listened to her verbal abuse enough and asked she "shut up" I pulled out my phone and begin recording. The manager shouted, "if you don't stop I am calling police on both of you" I said "excuse me both of you? " "what did I do but take her verbal abuse and try to check out? " He picks up the phone and threatens to make a false claim about me. I ask the font desk clerk for change for a 20.00 so I can pay my airport taxi and leave outside to wait. She continues to verbally abuse me as he edges the young girl on, he could be overheard making comments as I walked out the door to her " those N$$$$$ are always trouble" I got my phone out to being videotaping. As I waited outside for my airport ride, ironically, another African-American person, female this time was running up the parking lot steps. I was waiting outside and she had her shoes off, hair everywhere on her cell phone stating security was chasing her down escalators taking her ID and demanding and all because someone said they were just having a drink or something. I asked if she was ok, we exchanged contact information for potential next steps of class action against LINQ Hotel for its racial behavior towards paying guest. I made it home and was not jailed for "false accusations" being leveled by the manager on duty that morning.
