Do NOT stand behind their product warranty

I purchased a porch swing (which turned out to be a *** product) and including a cushion and cover just about a year ago. After washing the cover the zipper came un sewn at one entire end of the upper side. I contacted The Porch Swing Company with my account information etc and asked if I should send a photo for replacement or repair. They responded and confirmed to send photo and they would send me an estimate! They sent me an estimate of $47.40 to sew up the cover of about 2 feet. They do not stand behind their products, would not call me or explain why they would not repair or replace the cover. Sunbrella Fabric is very expensive and I feel they should stand behind their products. It was not torn or dirty or stained... the zipper just came un sewn. I would never purchase any thing else from them and hope would won't either!
