Useless managers: Jessica and Kyle. That both managers would allow a staff member to treat a customer the way I was treated today is completely unacceptable. This young Male employee blocked me twice in an aisle forcing me backwards. The difficulty is that I just had a procedure on my back and was using cart to lean on. He caught me off guard the first time and I just turned around and went in a different direction. I still needed to get into that aisle for a Christmas gift. I obtained what I wanted and was leaving to move forward and meet up with my daughter who was shopping as well. This jerk did it again. He had tall planters pushing on the floor directly towards me and again pushed me backwards. Instead of politely waiting for me to leave the aisle and then he could have moved his merchandise, he held no regard for me as a customer or any common courtesy. I left the aisle and went into the next one and saw a woman employee and explained what happened and she asked who it was and I pointed him out. I also asked for a manager. She called both Jessica and Kyle. While waiting for them, I explained to him that he was rude. He was very rude and *** and said, " Well I said excuse me!" Actually, he did not. I told him here should have just moved over and let me out of aisle instead of pushing me back. His response was "whatever"! So, I said, now I guess you think that is appropriate customer service as well. There was another young man with him and they both just laughed. I turned to female employee and said nice employee you have working here. She called again for the managers. Finally Jessica came up first and I explained what happened. All she said was sorry, we will have a talk with him. I told her she was losing a sale because of him. She did not seem to really care. She also did not know the amount either. Then Kyle came up and again I explained what happened, and when I told him the guy said "whatever", he denied it and said he did not recall it. Kyle did not apologize to me but led him towards the back. So, I am left without my items, having to go to another store. I paid more money. Treated so rudely by staff and managers. Who on earth would give business to a store like this.
