HORRIBLE! INHUMAN! third day without food in Mexico, wallet was stolen. there is absolutely NO problem with my account, they keep jamming me up with "verifications" that never end, and won't tell me WHAT they need to verify. Paypal will have nothing to do with them, even when at one point Xoom said it was a platform problem with Paypal. I haven't had any money since February 10th, and 5K in my Paypal account they won't let me access! It's the 18th and haven't eaten in days. This is the WORST company, and the Philippians is NO PLACE to park an American customer service center. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. closing my 20 year Paypal account when i get back to the states. *** this SHT.
