Very dishonest property manager that is very rude and talks about everybody behind their backs. We had to go to the city to get them to fix what they wouldn't fix. Then they made threats to us because of it. We have to pay almost $700 a month just to be treated like a dog and when you move out they lie and say you didn't clean your apartment just so they can charge you a move out apartment cleaning fee. The rent goes up almost $50.00 every time you renew your lease. They charge a very high pet deposit and you have to pay a monthly fee and it doesn't cover anything the pets do. This place is a money pit that will bleed you dry and leave you for broke. Plus corporate ignores it's tenants and the regional manager is a very rude and toxic person.
