If i could give this place no stars i would. This place is a ripoff. Firstly, the interior of the apartments are so cheap and the appliances are always breaking down, and they way the repair them is to replace them with old broken appliances to solve the problem. But even worse, if you are 5 minutes late with your rent payment, they attempt to charge an exorbitant and frankly illegal late payment. So to give you an idea, if your rent payment is $2800 a month, by 12.01 am post the date of payment, they will attempt to charge $140 in a late fee, and mind you it does not matter even if it's their stupid portal that does not work, that fee gets assessed regardless. It's completely illegal to charge fees like that, and for current resident's i strongly encourage you not to pay those fees, it's illegal. They have done that because no one has challenged them in Southern California, and they have a class action lawsuit for just this reason being leveled against them in Northern California and they are now begging for one in Southern California with this nonsense. This is one of thee worst places to live in this area. Find another one and do not entertain this place. It's cheap on the interior and expensive on your checkbook, but the interior is so shabby and they make no effort to improve anything. The carpets are cheap and shred and the appliances are old and broken and just about everything about this place should get less than one star. They must have paid people to do good google reviews or have employees do the reviews because no one i know that lives here would give them a higher grade than one star if even that. Beware and proceed with caution because i can guarantee you satisfaction won't be the result if you move into this complex. In fact they are getting worse not better. The staff is totally incompetent and think they can do as they please. They can't but they sure try.
