Rented a laptop, as a back up to a laptop needing to be replaced, due to age, & op system. Went before holidays 2019, & met with Manager Cynthia & she did a beautiful job, finding me a low remaining balance laptop. After having it & get it operating, was noticed that built in mouse did not work properly. Therefore, tried a regular mouse that was corded, & worked fine. When realizing that the WiFi was not working on this Samsung laptop, read manual, & it stated that ALL gaming systems may not be Wifi. However laptop worked fine plugged in. However @ close to $500 not worth it. Contacted store, brought in & was promised call back next day, noone called, called Cust. Center, no return call from DM, called back asked for RD to return call. (still awaiting call back) In mean time call store told them to come pick up machines rented, since I do not care for the Unprofessional Way was handled in store by staff, & I used a voucher, that was basically a waste, since product was not thought was going to be, & agreed after speaking to Hanush New Manager, he'd call back following day (never did). Called too follow up & Ebony kept me on hold 20 mins. & when trying to address system originally with manager he instructed Ebony to finish with me, & walk away to another African American wome & took her into rear office as if I did not exist. VERY APPALLING. Apparently this location s in A SERIOUS FLUX, & showroom is filled with a lot of safty hazards that can fall on customers & children & am shocked at the RAC 2020 image, as a customer since The 1980'S. I look forward to hearing from anyone @ RAC, if anyone cares to reply to this once great company.
