DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO!!!

Rented a 2020 Nissan Pathfinder from Albany airport on 1/17/20. Less than 24 hours later, the car completely stopped working. We were in Lake Placid, NY (2 hours away) with no car and the Alamo customer service reps left us stranded with no way back to the Albany for our flight back on 1/20/20. Just got off the phone with our 4th "case worker" who a) didn't see that any other cases were in her system (even though we called 3 times previously) and b) couldn't get us to someone that could help us get reimbursed for hotel and uber costs we had to incur to get home. PLUS .. they charged us for our car (that we couldn't use)!! Horribly run company that doesn't talk to each other and does not give their employees ways to make the customer whole."
