This company is very unprofessional and the service is awful in addition to have a very bad, rude and poor customer service. I was charge a 50 dollar fine in my car rental just because I got lost and pass thru a toll. I explained to the counter clerk and he was very rude and charge it anyways. This is the last time this company have my business!!!!! I will not recommend this car rental to anybody coming to FL!! DO NOT RENT cars from this place!!! They advertised lower prices but look for things to get your money and since they have your card they take advantage of that!!! They are the worse!!!!
