Do not rely on their customer Service

Their customer service people often give outdated information. They will tell you a provider is covered then after you obtain service and it is denied they will say the provider cancelled their contract. I guess they want you to check on a daily basis if your doctor is still on the list. I have often waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone and when I tried sending detailed emails I get a message, "sorry message was not accepted at this time. Try again later" Really? Not enough computers to handle emails?
