Do not recommend Safe step walk in tub. Tub was installed in December 2018. After numerous emails reminding Safe step about the required city plumbing and electrical inspections finally they arranged the electrical inspection on March 18, 2019. Safe step failed this required inspection. Never ordered plumbing inspection. Now I have an expensive tub without the required city inspections. Very irresponsible company.

》 Resolved: Non delivery of product-poor customer service

》 Beware of installers and the openings left under the tub where cold air comes in as well as outside animals being able to enter your house.

》 CAN’T SHUT DOOR MACRO NOT WORKING WHEN IT WAS INSTALLED BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

》 Double double check everything from the contract to the plumbing in the house and to check the size of your hot water heater.
