I purchased two tickets to a concert 4 months prior, and when I arrived at the venue, the ticket reader could not read my tickets and I had to be directed to customer service. When I got to the front of customer service, multiple people ahead of me had purchased tickets through ticketcenter.com as well and could not get into the event with their tickets. So I drove 2 hours to the concert, paid $20 for parking, and had $220 worth of tickets that were no good so I had to leave the concert because all other tickets had sold out. Bottom line is: do NOT purchase tickets through ticket center. They have many tactics they use to look like a legit company, but they also would not answer my calls when I was going to call for assistance, I just continually got redirected without talking to an actual person. Learn from my mistake and purchase tickets elsewhere that is a reliable source.
