Do not purchase the”Kailo “ pach !

I purchase this kailo pach in the hopes to alíviate my wife shoulder aches, which did not work at all, and they offer a 30 day refund guarantee but theres no way I can contact them for the return, the website they offer www.gokailo.com/learn which simply does not exist, so I need to return the merchandise for a complete refund.
