I recently purchased a rug through the Walmart website that was shipped by OJ Commerce. When the rug arrived, it was not true to the photo on the website. When I called to tell them the reason for returning the rug they informed me that even though the rug didn't match the picture I was still responsible for the shipping and restocking fee which will cost more than what I paid for the rug! I can understand charging a restocking fee but for me to be responsible for shipping a 10-foot rug back on my own is ridiculous. Also, they have the worst customer service! Stay away from this company at all costs.
