I bought the LOL surprise house ($200) when I opened the box it was smashedZ none of my local stores sold them anymore so I called the company to get a replacement that’s was almost 3 weeks ago and I have yet to hear ANYTHING at all from them. I have called a good 15 times and every time I call they tell me the same thing they are busy and to call back. Today when I called I asked to speak to a supervisor because the house is for my daughters bday who’s party is In a week. When I spoke to the supervisor she told me that there was nothing she could do and that the email I sent with pictures of the broken house hasn’t been viewed yet. She then proceeded to tell me that if they accepted the claim they might just send me a new house but I won’t know. If they deny the claim (for some unknown reason) I still wouldn’t receive anything telling me why. I asked for a corporate number and she told me the number was on the website but calling was useless because you have to have a contact persons code and they can’t give me that. COMPLETE BULL S*#+. I just spent $200 on a pos item that this company will not back.
