Do Not Purchase e-gift cards from a company that uses Cashstar

Purchased a gift card and got a confirmation email. The person I was sending it to never received it. Called Cashstar 3-4 times one day and sat on the phone for 2 hours each time! They couldn't see my order so I needed to talk to another department, which never answered my calls. I would be on hold for over 55minutes with no one checking on me. I left several voicemails for them to call me back with no luck. Was finally able to reach this department that never answers their phone, only for them to tell me it's an IT issue. And just my luck, IT doesn't own a phone. Everything has to be through email now. I feel like I got scammed. They took $150 from my bank real quick but can't produce a gift card. I am chasing them around for something I paid for.
