Customer service is horrible! The only way I can fight back is by posting bad reviews in the hopes that people read them before placing orders, like I did not do. I placed an order and cancelled within 36 hours due to the un-reliable delivery time schedules I was reading about! They charged me over $3k for re-stocking fee with no negotiation! They were rude and un-professional! They definitely live up to their BAD reviews in this regard, but to me a small price to pay to go with a reputable company to make sure we get our restaurant furniture in the time frame we need it to open our doors, since we can't open without the chairs!
