Do NOT pay for expedited shipping and don’t expect any customer service

ZERO STARS for customer service. I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes and paid expedited shipping (2 to 4 days). It has now been 3 days and the order has yet to be shipped. I called to check on status, was hung up on. I called back again and was told there are 2 days for processing. I asked for the expedited shipping to be removed as they have not been shipped. I was told that is not possible. I spoke to a supervisor, and was told the same thing. I asked to cancel the order all together and was told that too was impossible. The lack of customer service is utterly mind-blowing. Absolutely no service and no solutions are offered. Only snooty comments and treatment of disregard and disdain. There were no apologies, nor any form of care from the employees or the supervisor. There are no stores in the state of Oklahoma, I would have to drive to the DFW location to purchase, which is not feasible. Quite simply, I just wanted to receive the shoes in the 2 to 4 days that I paid expedite shipping for, nothing more.
