Ordered on a few things on line from marks , including a t shirt . The t shirt arrived in the mail with the anti theft device still attached to it . I e mailed costumer service and was told the info will be passed on to another dept. This went on for a week , long story short , I was told to go to a marks store to have it removed ( only reason I order on line is because I have a very busy schedule and do not have time to be running around to marks ) Very *** customer service from my experience , , so I asked for them to remove my e mail address from their list and I will be giving my business to someone else who has better customer service .. after buying from marks for the past 20 some years , time to say bye bye to marks ...
