I ordered 7 items and received 3. 2 items I ordered and 1 item I didn't order. I have emailed and called this company numerous times to resolve my issue. Each time I was told I'd either receive my missing items or a credit. Today I received a call saying that I waited to long to dispute my claim and they will not help me. I have been emailing and calling for over a month. They are the ones who dragged this issue out and aren't willing to honor their commitment. My daughter only received 2 items for Christmas because they didn't send my order correctly. This company simply doesn't care about their customers. They have my money and the clothes I ordered.
