Do not order if you are depending on receiving it in time

Placed an order on Dec 11/19 for Christmas gifts for my daughters, the deadline to guarantee delivery was Dec 15/19. Checked today to see why I still hadn't received the order only to find it still was not processed 9 days later! No notification of a delay etc. Called to find out what the issue was, Processing was having an issue fulfilling the orders. I could leave my contact info and expect to hear from a Manager if i insisted in 1-2 business days. Its now Dec 20th, I will hear from someone by Dec 24th. Seriously! The employee i spoke with informed me I couldn't directly speak to a supervisor/Manager via transfer, but would have to wait to have them call me back in the 1-2 business days. Totally unacceptable customer care or service. Don't waste your time or depend on this company to give a hang about how you are inconvenienced by their poor business practices and customer service.
