First might I add they give a phone number and email to supposably “get in touch” with any concerns, but unfortunately when you call the listed phone number on their website it goes straight to voicemail . And if you send an email regrading the item you bought they never get back to you . So first I was promised an email confirmation to TRACK my order but never got it . It states on the website it takes 1 OR 2 days to process and I ordered mine on a Wednesday . which means it should’ve shipped out on Friday . but Here I am STILL waiting for my 162$ hair I ordered . Which I added extra shipping to it TO GET IN ENOUGH TIME . now I’m asking for a refund and still no answer . so before you go on this website make sure to read the BAD reviews and then decide to NOT buy anything .
