I placed an order on Friday, for some blank bullets on their website for my blank gun I had purchased off eBay (same day, same company). I received an email right before they closed for the weekend saying there was an issue with my billing address and I needed to verify and get back ahold of them, which I did... fast forward to today (3 days later), I get a call from a woman saying that she needed me to send in a picture of my ID and we could go from there. Mind you my address on my ID is the EXACT SAME ADDRESS I entered on their website, and have on file with my bank. She calls me back and tells me I have to do a three way call with my bank to verify the address is correct.... What? Never in my life have I heard of this. I express to the woman that they are going to need me to verify my SSN or account number which I was NOT at all comfortable with letting her over hear on the phone. She reassured me that they wouldn't and I went ahead and called my bank anyways. The second I tell the representative what I needed she told me she needed me SSN or Account number (like I had just said) and I told her I would have to call her back. The woman with Max Armory then placed me on hold for 10 mins and I had to call the number back to tell her I wanted to cancel. I had called my bank back while I was waiting and a they said they NEVER have merchants call up with their customer 3-way to verify an address unless it's an insurance policy or something to do with a title loan, never for 20$ blank ammo. THIS IS SCREAMING SCAM!!!!!!!! PLEASE do not ever give out any banking information to anyone ever!!!!! My refund was completed after threats of telling me they were going to cancel my eBay order as well (which is going to be delivered today and had nothing to do with the order I placed on their max armory site) and that it in fact never shipped that she had 'the blank pistol it sitting right in front' of her. Just the professionalism of this company is SHOT, I wouldn't buy or recommend to ANY ONE.
