I ordered shelf braces to match an existing closet. The braces that were sent were the wrong length. I emailed the complaint line who, at first, ignored me. I sent a second email and the CSR agreed to send the correct item at no cost to me. Good service.When the replacement braces arrived, they were the same incorrect length. I emailed the company again with a screen shot of the order and a picture of what was sent. There was no response. I still don't have the braces I ordered that cost a fair amount with shipping. Very disappointed.
