I took my LG Harmony 3 in for a cracked screen, on Jan. 9th 2020, they said it would take 5-9 days to receive the part. After numerous calls in the following weeks the only response I could get was, "you can wait for us to contact you or you may request a refund, that takes 2-3 weeks, that goes on a refund sheet for review, and "if" approved it will be credited to your c/card." that is totally unacceptable. Every time I talked to someone @ their offices, no one could explain the delays. Cara the manager at 407-898-**** finally after numerous calls got me my refund. And the main office in South Florida, Miami, I think, was no help what so ever. The unprofessional manner and the constant not knowing why they don't return your calls, just an email stating they will call when screen comes in is not acceptable.
