Terrible all around . Product and Customer service both *** in my book. We built our home three years ago. Since then, our kitchen faucet has broke 3x. So we are averaging one break per year. I would expect that from a $20 Walmart faucet but my faucet was around $280. I manage a 24 year old apartment building and we still have many units with original faucets still working perfectly. I guess Pfister is happy if their products last a year or two. Way to go guys!!!! Anyways, with the first defect, I was sent a replacement part and it corrected the issue for about a year. Then about a month ago I noticed water under my sink cabinet and had no idea what was going on. Come to find out the pull down spray head had some kind of seal break and when the water was turned on water was filling up the actual faucet head and then leaking under the sink. It totally ruined the cabinet of our three year old home. When I called and explained what happened the customer service rep insisted a new spray head would fix the problem even though I told him that it would not. So, he sends the new spray head, I put it on and I have the same problem. I called back and now they want to send me a spray hose. I love how It’s basically trial and error with these people. I refused the hose and told them to stand by their product and send me a comparable faucet but they refuse. My wife and I have called back 2x since and asked to speak to a supervisor and BOTH TIMES we were told they are unavailable but they would call us. We have not received a call back and it’s been over a week. Stay away from this company and their trash *** products.
