In this month's August issue of COINage magazine, They have a postcard insert for annual subscriptions - "ONLINE OFFER - $2.00 off annual subscription" - ($29.00 offer - $2.00 = $27.00) ( Use code I48CA111 ) I go to the website and input the code and wait for it to show me the revised rate. The Website refuses it, The site says its an Invalid code. I try contacting them for 2 days. They call me after I leave feedback, I explain this all to the Phone representative. After wasting 5 minutes listening to the Phone rep, I ask to speak to his manager and I'm told he's busy and will call me in an hour or so ... REALLY ? I think It's time to call the Attorney general's Office . I try to post on Facebook, someone chats me and tells me to email the Editor ...
