I hired Tim Grimes to clean the gutters on my residence. When hiring him I expressly instructed Grimes that the downspouts be cleaned and open. After the first rainstorm the supposedly cleaned downspouts remained clogged and water overflowed from the gutters as before. I called Grimes and asked that he come back and complete the gutter cleaning as specified. Grimes promised he would do so and failed to show up. A second call brought another promise that Grimes would complete the gutter cleaning and again he failed to show up. As a result of Tim Grimes inadequate work an repeated lies, DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
