If you are planning to purchase a home and are in need of a home inspection, I strongly urge you not to hire this company. Unfortunately, I hired this ćompany, which was recommended by my realtor. The home that I purchased had multiple deficiencies which I was educated about by other inspectors and professionals after purchasing. I have not been living in my home for 1 year yet and have made multiple repairs, correcting many safety issues. This has been a very costly and a stressful experience. After contacting the: home inspector, he claimed that these issues were written in his report. As a professional, if you noted safety concerns, they should have been verbalized as well as put in writing. Also, if you are working with an inexperienced home buyer, both the realtor and the inspector should have verbalized these concerns. If this is the usual practice of this company. I strongly do not recommend hiring this company to complete your home inspection. Just to name a few safety issues, bathroom exhaust fans under attic plywood with insulation, therefore not venting anywhere but under the plywood , exposed insulation in two of the basement rooms, where heater was, notable signs of wildlife, etc. I could go on and on.
