I have been going for year a really like the Dentist but the last year has been terrible and incompetent. I had to submit my own claim to the insurance because they couldn't do it correctly and the insurance kept rejecting their claim. The insurance finally paid the claim in Oct. 30 but still the office says they don't have the check. I had an appointment and they just called me to let me know that my insurance was inactive. I had a stroke my insurance is thru my company so I called in a panic to see what was the problem, there was no problem I don't know where are they calling I even called my HR department and they say there is no problem with my insurance. I don't know what is going on in there, but I don't trust them anymore on top they are overcharging for the cleanings. Even though I really like the Dentist, I know her for many years, I think it is time to move on.
