Do not go to Cincinnati, Deerfield KIOSK

The Cincinnati, Deerfield KIOSK manager refused to sale me a cell phone today. When i asked her (Michelle the Costco KIOSK manager) why the answer i got was that because i mentioned in our conversation that i might cancel the new line required for the deal we were discussing she decided not to sale me a phone. Then she also mentioned that she is not obligated to provide the services she is getting paid for to everybody and she can choose her customers. I do not think that this comment was professional comment and acceptable and I am surprised with an attitude like that can get promoted to a KIOSK manager level in WA. I will do anything possible to inform anybody i know about that attitude and make sure all future customers in the area to think twice before they approach this KIOSK.
