The installers ruuned my floor dealt with customer care who for a month continually lied aboat a check being mailed to cover the cost of a historic threshold in my 1883 house. After a month of nothing they said they had a hard time sourcing a threshold hkme depot sells...what a joke so then costomer care says they are giing to mail me a check so i can take time out of my day and by the part then all of a sudden they will put it in but restain it? Little did the rep know but tge same intaller gave me a quote to refinish my entire floor....with guess what....stain. buyer bewhere highway robbery bad service and customer care team.
