I WILL NEVER GIVE JELD-WEN MY BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!! Buyers beware! We placed an order for 14 Jeld-Wen doors. First we were told the usual turn around time was 4 weeks. 4 weeks later, we are notified that it will take another 4 weeks. The doors FINALLY arrived 2+ months later AND (1) majority of the doors were DAMAGED and (2) we even received WRONG doors. When the company that I ordered them through called Jeld Wen, Jeld Wen stated that "it was not their problem; that is was the shipping company's fault!!" HELLO, JELD WEN - YOU CONTRACTED WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS!!! GUESS WHAT -- THAT MAKES IT YOUR PROBLEM!! Oh yea, they offered to resend doors that were damaged but only after their shipping company absorbed the cost and yes, it would take another 4 weeks to receive!!! And they still have failed to address the fact that they sent wrong doors. Buyers -- do NOT buy JeldWen doors. REEB makes the same door for less money and they ship in 1 week!!! Never again.....
