I been with vivint almost 2 years and they over charge me before and said i missed a payment when i know it comes out my account every month and i ended up sending in my statements and they still didnt fix it so i just paid the 175 but now for some reason they saying that i missed a payment again and i know i didnt so i talked to a manager again and this this they want help me period i have not received a bill or email in a year its a scam i hate i open a loan with them
