Do not get internet with virgin mobile

Internet outage since november 8th. Called several times and two technicians came. One on saturday 9th one tech came and told us that a cable guy would come on monday. No one show up. When we called we were informed that he would come on tuesday to fix it. No fix done on that date. We called and tech came spending 4 hours to give a temporary line which stopped working the next day at 6:00am. We called again and again and up to now saturday november 16 no connection restored. Still waiting.
