Made an on-line payment and they took two payments instead of one then said no they didn't see that. I sent them a picture showing two withdrawls instead of one and they said no. My credit union called them and they still said no, but my credit union had the proof so they finally credited me back the duplicate payment but appears my account has increased $199.99 and they blocked my online access to my account. 30 years of buying cars and this has been a horrible experience
