I ordered the Nectar King size mattress online read all the reviews so I thought that I did my homework, well how wrong was I. First night sleep on the mattress I woke up at 3am with my back locked up never had a mattress beat me up so bad so I called customer service and I was told that the mattress will break in and a 30 day period was required so 7 nights in of poor sleep I now sleep on the couch. Now 7 phone calls in and an email no response at all they know that I want to return it. Now over 2 weeks I get a free topper offer that will make the mattress more comfortable no thanks !!! I'm asked to send photos of the mattress and tags I sent them now a week later they want me to resend the photos ??? I found a lot of bad reviews on the BBB website ! BEWARE the mattress is horrible but the customer service is appalling.
