Unfortunately, I had the same negative experience with these thugs. They are nothing but a bunch of extortion, money hungry con men. Their lawyers and collection agents hounded me for a year. I'm a small business owner but was shackled with a 5 year contract that I never saw and it just kept rolling over, rising prices, and poor products. They are liars and their attorney in Texas told me he had 500 cases just like mine to arbitrate. I had to eventually settle. I am glad to be rid and will continue to write warnings about this company. When your employees are warning customers to leave, something is drastically wrong.
