Do not do business with Warrantech or affiliates

Microwave door spring broke. I filed a claim with Warrantech and they contracted ServiceNow Appliance Repair shop to fix the issue. ServiceNow technician showed up promptly, but didn't know how to remove my Bosch Microwave door and said you just need to force it up to come off. He yanked it up and it finally came off the microwave, but broke the inside of the microwave door by the hinges/spring. Technician said not to worry, he'll need to order parts and he will be back. He submitted the claim with pictures of the damaged door to Warrantech. I didn't hear back, so I called ServiceNow after a couple days later to get an update. They (ServiceNow) said I damaged the door and it's not covered because Warrantech denied the additional cost of replacing the broken door and I need to deal with Warrantech directly. Now when I called Warrantech, they tell me I damaged my door and it's not covered. So, in short, Warrantech hired a company that broke my door more than it was and now it's my fault and nothing is covered. Come to find out, Bosch told me that springs in those doors cannot be replaced. The entire door would need to be replaced. What should I do at this point?
