The main company 'SolarTEK Energy' is not even a corporation or an LLC registered in United States, The company shows up in his wife's name as a foriegn entity outside USA, so one cannot even get him or this company to a court of law. So when he runs with your money, the courts have no place to serve him with a legal notice. The published address he has for SolarTEK Energy goes to an empty rental business on the border of North Carolina and/or South Carolina.
