Waited almost 2 months to get repairs done. Was told "waiting on parts" Service person came out. Asked did I have any parts? No parts had been delivered. Repair person just hammered clip back in place. Then left. Phoned UNiters spoke with supervisor told they have up to 7 days to receive report then 5 days to respond. Even though they have pictures and video of arm from the last time he was here and pictures I had to send in before he came. So why more pictures when no work on the arm has been done. Repairman said manufacturer's defect over 6 months trying to get this solved. Wanted to rate ZERO - 0 but was not a option. Warrenty all LIES told by salesperson.
