Every time a truck goes in the shop, I already know this warranty isn't going to cover much. I am always told they don't cover air leaks, airbags, exhaust leaks, and the list goes on. They charge $100 deductible, each time. Is there any way we can get a full refund? I spent 7K for this crap! Also, I am still waiting for my reimbursement for towing. I called twice, and each time they tell me they processed it, and I should receive it soon. Guess what, that was two weeks ago. When you call, expect a very long hold time. I think One person works the entire operation. Who waits on hold over 30mins?
