I Purchased a Bar Set in April 2017, One of the Chairs borke when a friend was getting out of it. Put a claim in with Guardian Protection, they denied my claim stating it was an Accidental breakage and not an Accidental Occurrence. Although the contract states Breakage of wood is covered. When I contacted Renegade all they said was call Guardian. I asked them to get me a deal on other chairs, they refused. when I asked to speak with a supervisor they hung up on me.
