I bought several items on line on Cyber Monday. It took two weeks to process my order. There is no 1-800 to call it's all by email. I have several active tickets open. Not one has been answered. Finally I get a email my order is shipped. The following day I get a notice that my order was shorted. That the two items I actually wanted were no longer available, due to their atrocious delays in processing. Two weeks later I received what was left of my order only to find my order was short another item. So I can't contact anyone for a refund. I sent another email with pictures and I wait and wait again. This is THE WORST online store ever. Even Ebay and Aliexpress has better guarantees and support. Bluenotes offers no support, this has been a total nightmare and gong show. Please do not buy online. I still have no resolution to my purchase problems. They clearly have added unwanted stress to my Christmas. Terrible terrible service.c
