The set up of the thermostat is extremely non-intuitive, complex, and time consuming. After trying to set a schedule for my thermostat and failing, I made the mistake to call customer service for assistance. It is always so much fun to speak with India. After spending 20 minutes on the phone with India my problem was still not resolved, I became even more frustrated, and realized that the customer service person had no real experience with the product either. This product seems to be designed by the same *** idiots that think it is real cool to open your garage door from your refrigerator. I just want to be able to set an on / off schedule for my thermostat for each day of the week. I don't want to invest 2 hours of my time learning how to turn on and off my *** AC and heat! *** you very much,
