In December 2018, unfortunately, I bought some furniture from Bad Boy. Furniture was delivered on 27th December. One table top was damaged and a bed had few missing pieces. It took me lot effort and arguments to get my complaints in processing state. After lot of arguments, phone calls and emails, I got a table top in exchange after 20 days. Customer service is of poorest quality. Wrong missing bed pieces were delivered after 25 days. I had to email again with all the details last Friday. As of today no action. It is now 40 days, that my bed is lying apart unassembled. I will never buy from Bad boy furniture. If you want to make your life miserable and feel that your money has been wasted buy from Bad Boy.
