I purchased Phantom of the Opera tickets for very good seats, costing $120.00 each. When I opened the email they sent me, I discovered that They had SWITCHED my tickets with ones that cost $59.85 each and with LIMITED VIEWING. They charged me a total of $322.35 for these *** tickets. The email address they provide on their site is not even valid. I emailed them 3 times and every time it bounced back!! They told me that they would not exchange or refund because I had "accessed" the tickets... NO KIDDING. How do you know your tickets are valid if you don't access them to see if they are the ones you paid for? These are not the tickets I ordered!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!
