The costumer service of this company is a bad joke. I bought a scooter and it broke in a month. I sent it back to the company so they could fix and they sent me a broke scooter again, they didnt fix anything. Then they decided to replace it. That one broke within a week. So, when i called to get it repaired they told me it wasnt under warrenty anymore????? Its brand new from your company replacing it, how is it not under warrenty? So, i had to paid to get if fixed. It came back broken not 1 or 2 times but this is the 3rd time and they cannot fix problem, even after they told me a "master" technician was gonna fix it. This last time not only was the problem not fixed 3times but it has a cracked screen. A problem that is so easy to solve but they made everything extremely difficult.
