A sales rep called Omer emailed a catalogue of nail manicure and pedicure tools and instruments to my company here in the UK. I ordered 21 samples to the tune of £64 GBP to check quality before ordering. The package arrived a couple of weeks later containing only 4 items, 2 of which I did not even order, no paperwork, invoice or anything. I raised a dispute which took weeks to progress and got nowhere. Omer at sharpinst.com kept trying to get an order BEFORE he would send the samples I had already paid for. I could not get the remaining samples I ordered nor a refund. So I did not make a significant order in the end. I am so glad we paid by PayPal and raised a dispute. Buyer beware: They are unprofessional, do not deliver, rip you off and have extremely poor communications and customer care that does not even pretent to exist. My view is this is a one man band as they would not produce images of the factory and when I asked to speak to a manager this could not be arranged. Do not approach them or do so at your risk.
